Hello everyone, welcome to BODIAN LIFE. I do love cooking and eating food. Today, I made Soya Milk step by step. The protein in soy milk is healthy, plant-based, and can help support healthy muscles and organs.
▶ Ingredients :
● 300 g soybeans
● 4-5 leaves, Pandan (optional)
● 1 can, Condensed Milk
● 200 g/to taste, Sugar
● 6 liter, Water
*Note: 300 g soybeans need 6 liter of water.
Method :
1. Soak soybeans into water for 3-5 hours or overnight.
2. Discard water and rinse soybeans for 2-3 times.
3. Add soybeans and water to blender.
4. blend until smooth.
5. Add pandan leaves and then Boil for 25-30 minutes on medium heat. Stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
6. Strain the milk using butter muslin or a nut milk bag.
7. Add Condensed Milk and sugar as you prefer.
