3-INGREDIENT BUTTERFINGER BARK! – What’s your favorite Halloween candy? Butterfingers were definitely in my top choices as a kid, but I never paid attention to the ingredients….have you?
1st one: Corn syrup!
2nd one: sugar
3rd one: peanuts (very inflammatory and mold promoting btw)
4th one: vegetable oil
…and I could go on with soy, peanut flour, and if you’re vegan or dairy-free, these are certainly out because they contain milk!
My version is:
– Sugar free
– Gluten free
– Grain free
– Peanut / nut free
– Dairy free
– Low carb
– Vegan
– Paleo
– Keto

Ingredients:
– 3/4 cup of lilsipper x Georgia Grinders toasted coconut butter
– 1 1/2 cups low-carb coconut flake cereal
– Chocolate of choice to coat
Method:
Melt my toasted coconut butter then mix with cereal until well coated. Transfer to a lined dish / tray and freeze for 30 minutes until firm. Break into pieces and coat with melted chocolate OR pour melted chocolate over the entire slab and refrigerate until firm, then break apart.
