5-Minute Homemade Sushi: Cucumber Rolls Recipe 🍣🥢
Ingredients:
2 cucumbers
Spreadable cheese
1 carrot
1 avocado
1 can of tuna (drained)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Soy sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Thinly slice the cucumbers lengthwise. Lay them side by side and trim the edges evenly.
Place thin strips of grated carrot on top.
Add small pieces of chopped avocado.
Add strips of drained tuna.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.
Roll tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Serve with soy sauce if desired.
💡 Tip: You can customize the ingredients to your taste. For a vegan version, simply leave out the tuna.
