Cookie season is upon us! I don’t know about y’all, but my plans for the next week involve baking plenty of cookies. Most importantly, our all-time favorite, best vegan and gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. IYKYK. Then, of course, these vegan and gluten-free sugar cookies because my five year old’s favorite thing to do is to decorate them.
I’ve also been working on a gluten-free biscotti recipe but ran out of time to perfect it so I’ll have to save that one for next year. Such is the life of a food blogger. I hope you all get the chance to bake some delicious cookies and spend quality time with those you love. Happy Holidays!
Chewy Ginger Molasses Cookies– “I am not gf/vegan, but I made about 10 doz of these for my vegan/gf friends for xmas. As someone who is often disappointed with the lack of eggs, butter, or milk, I just have to say – these are absolutely fantastic and I will never make another recipe ever again. Vegan tested, carnivore approved ♡” -Erin
The Best Vegan and Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookies– “I made these cookies for my sister who is celiac and dairy intolerant. I normally prefer the taste of the “regular” dairy/ gluten filled alternative. I no longer feel the same about chocolate chip cookies, this will be my go-to recipe in the future.
This recipe taste perfectly sweet, nutty and salty and the consistency was airy, yet crisp and chewy.
Thanks for this tasty and easy to follow recipe!” -Nikki
Vegan Gluten-free Sugar Cookies– “Made this yesterday with my toddler. These are perfectly crisp and so good. Not overly sweet, perfect cookie for a toddler 😉 We put frosting on some, but we thought they tasted so good on their own. It was easy to make and so nice that it’s minimal ingredients!” -Kayla
Vegan Pumpkin Spice Cookies– “Wow. Wow. Wow. These were incredible. I made them for my son who is allergic to wheat, eggs and dairy (amongst other things) and he is usually so picky. He ate 3 immediately and keeps begging for more.” -Esther
Dreamy Vegan Snickerdoodles– “My husband asked me to make some cookies for his men’s bible study, so I made some snickerdoodles. Since he is a new vegan and I knew another guy was GF, I found your recipe and decided to try it. I made my husband try both cookies and he loved this one the best. Then I took the leftovers to a meeting and was asked to make them again for another meeting the next week! (from a non-vegan) They really are delicious! Thank you!” -Dede
Vegan Gluten-free Gingerbread Men– “Wonderful recipe! Thank you for sharing it! I made these last night….and we love them, even unfrosted! Great with a hot drink on a cold winter night! :)” -Sheryl
Chickpea Chocolate Chip Cookies from Eat With Clarity- “I make these on a regular basis for Grant and he is obsessed! I love that he’s getting a hefty serving of fiber with each cookie.” -Sarah
Peanut Butter Double Chocolate Chickpea Cookies from The Roasted Root- “We need to try Julia’s double chocolate version next. They look amazing!” -Sarah
