At his Thai street food vendor, he has several toppings for you to choose from, including tapioca pearl, light jelly, and tofu skin. These toppings add a different texture to fresh soy milk which is a fun way to enjoy this vegan food. If you like to have a super healthy soy milk, you can tell him to not adding brown sugar into your vegan dish, but believe me the brown sugar helps perfect the fresh soy milk.
