When I first became vegan I’ve never thought that I could ever eat Flan/Creme Caramel again, this recipe prove that I was wrong.
Enjoy this delicious VEGAN FLAN/ CREME CARAMEL with your family and friends.
VEGAN FLAN / CREME CARAMEL (no soy, no bake)
Caramel
Ingredients
1 Cup of sugar.
Vegan Flan/Creme Caramel
Ingredients.
1 Can Condensed coconut milk*
1 Can of Coconut Milk
100 grams Vegan Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Tsp Agar powder
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
Pinch of turmeric( optional for color)
Caramel
Melt the sugar in a medium size skillet pan at medium heat and constantly stir (this step is really import so the sugar doesn’t get burned).
Once the sugar is completly melted and the mixture gets a golden dark color, pour it into the bowls you are going to use for the flan.
Using a spoon, cover with the mixture the sides of the bowls. Let them rest until de mixture cristalized.
Vegan flan/Creme Caramel
Pour the Coconut milk into a medium saucepan, add the agar powder and stir.
Heat the mixture at medium heat and constantly stir. Remove from the heat onces it start boiling (dont let it chill, act fast for the next steps)
Add the coconut milk, condensed milk, cream cheese, vanilla and pinch of turmeric into a food processor.
Add the prosecced mixture into into the flan molds.
Chill between 3 to 5 hours. Remove the Vegan flan from the mold and Enjoy!
* Condensed coconut milk.
You can use a store brand. The one that I used for this recipe is homemade.

1 1/2 Cup Sugar
Pour the coconut milk into a medium saucepan, add the sugar and cook the mixture at medium heat until the mix becames thicker,constantly stir.
