This cheese shredder attachment includes four high-quality stainless steel drum blades, each designed for specific slicing and shredding tasks

Note:
1, For a better performance: highly recommend using Speed Setting 6 or 8 and push the food slowly and not too hard.

From there, slide in the desired blade – the cheese shredder attachment comes with 4 interchangeable blades, *slicing, *coarse, *fine, *grinding – and screw on the plastic ring to secure the blade.
2, Housing is recommended to clean by hand, 4 drum blades can be washed safe in the dishwasher
3, If the carrot stains the white housing, wipe it with cooking oil. After wiping clean, rinse with water.
