Marinara sauce
Pesto Geneva sauce (Trader Joe’s)
Shredded Lite Cheese (Trader Joe’s $3.99)
Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese (Trader Joe’s $3.99)
Eggplant 1/4
Small bell pepper 1
For Salad
Baby Spinach (Trader Joe’s $2.49)
Crumbled Goat Cheese (Trader’s Joe’s $2.99)
Trek Trail Snack (Trader Joe’s $5.99)
Asian Chili Dressing
Greek Yogurt plain 16 oz (Trader Joe’s $2.99)
For Carrot satay with Edamame
Carrot($1.99 Trader Joe’s)
Shelled Edamame
Coffee Latte Triple ($2.99 Trader Joe’s)
Recipe:
1) Steam Quinoa
2) Mix eggs, Steamed Quinoa, Quinoa Flour, Baking powder with a bit of olive oil!
3) Bake Pizza crust in the oven 350 F 20 minutes!
4) Add minced garlic, Cheese, pesto, mini bell pepper, eggplant, and soy chorizo!
5) Bake them more 10 minutes 350 F
6) Freeze them if you need more tasty pizza stick!
7) Reheat them after at least 5 hours!
