Who knew Soy Yogurt was so darn easy to make?!? Not me!
This 2 ingredient yogurt is so much healthier than store bought alternatives, which are full of sugar, thickeners and alot of crazy ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 litre plain soy milk – it should only contain soy beans and water
2 tbsp vegan yogurt OR 4 probiotics capsules
Mix together your yogurt and soy milk in a sterilised container that actually fits in your instant pot ๐คฆโโ๏ธ
Set it on your yogurt mode for 12 hours and wait for the magic to happen.
Itโs perfect for sweet or savoury dishes!
If you want a super thick Greek style yogurt you can strain it in a cheese cloth overnight in the fridge ๐ฑ
