Ingredients:
– 1 bunch asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
– 1 block (200g) firm tofu, cubed (you can substitute it with paneer)
– 1 bell pepper, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp chicken masala (vegetarian)
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp oil (sesame or any cooking oil)
Cut asparagus into 1-inch pieces and cube the tofu. Slice bell pepper and mince garlic.
In a bowl, mix asparagus, tofu, bell pepper, garlic, chicken masala (vegetarian), and soy sauce.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the mixture and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Cover with a lid and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
