PANCAKES:
1 ripe banana
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop protein powder
1 tbsp ground flax
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup buckwheat flour
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
GREEN SAUCE for pasta
½ cup frozen green peas
½ cup cashews
½ cup soy milk
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1-2 handful baby spinach
1 handful fresh parsley/basil
1 tsp dried basil
salt & pepper
Vegan cream “cheese”
1 block firm tofu
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tbsp e.v. olive oil
handful fresh dill
1 tsp garlic powder
pinch of salt & pepper
Blueberry Chia Pudding
2 tbsp chia seeds*
½ frozen blueberries
½ cup soy milk
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
1 banana
*I added the chia seeds later, for texture-after blending everything else. If you do this-let it sit in the fridge for 30min before eating 🙂
Marinate for the tofu (wrap)
2 tsp corn flour
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
pinch of pepper
pinch of chilli flakes
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 tbsp agave syrup
