1-2 cups of soya chunks soaked overnight
1 diced red onion
4-6 cloves of garlic diced (more if you want it more garlicky, or less if you would like less garlic)
1 piece of fresh ginger diced diced (more if you want a stronger ginger taste, or less)
1-2 pieces of fire roasted peppers diced
1-2 tsp of cayenne pepper (more if you like it spicey)
1-2 tsp of Italian seasoning
1-2 tsp smoked paprika
1-2 tsp roasted garlic and pepper
1-2 tsp mustard powder
1-2 tsp of soybean paste (add more or less to your liking)
1/2 cup of oats ( you may need to add less or more depending)
1/4 -1/2 cup of chic pea flour
soya sauce to taste
