@floraplantus Vegan Butter (ยผ Cup)
Minced Garlic (ยผ Cup)
Cayenne Pepper (ยฝ-1 Tsp)
(Mix together and periodically coat the vegan Ribs)
RIB MIXTURE:
@bobsredmill Gluten-Free Flour (1.5 Cups)
@mccormickspice Steak or Pork Seasoning (5 Tbs)
Nutritional Yeast (โ
Cup)
Cumin Powder (โ
Tbs)
Smoked Paprika (1 Tbs)
Mustard Powder (โ
Tbs)
Red Chili Flakes (1 Tsp)
Garlic Powder (1 Tbs)
Onion Powder (1 Tbs)
(Mix together then add in:)
@edwardandsons Vegan Beef Broth (ยฝ Cup)
Liquid Smoke (ยฝ Tsp)
@wholefoods Vegan Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbs)
Maple Syrup (1.5 Tbs)
@bragg Apple Cider Vinegar (1.5 Tbs)
@sprouts Sugar-Free Ketchup (2 Tbs)
(Mix together then add in:)
Chopped Jackfruit or Pulled Mushrooms (2 Cups)
@beyondmeat Vegan Beef (or cooked Lentils marinated in vegan Beef Broth and Steak seasoning) (3 Cups)
On a covered baking sheet, flatten and form the Rib Mixture into a 12ร3 rectangular shape and use chopsticks or skewers to make indents. Bake at 420F for 25-40 minutes, periodically lathering on more Barbecue Sauce to both sides. Finish the Ribs off in the grill for 5-10 minutes, periodically lathering on more Barbecue Sauce to both sides, or until itโs smoked to your liking. Cut along the indents you made and serve with fresh herbs on top!
