Very simple soy free tofu made with Lentil.
Soak 1 cup lentil for 4 hours. Drain and clean well. Add lentil to blender with 2 cups of water. Blend till smooth. Pour in a pot and add any seasoning you like. We added nutritional yeast, salt, black pepper and a little bit of chili flakes. Cook on stove until thicken. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool for 3 hours or refrigerate overnight. Can serve as is or add more seasoning and pan fried.
