Ingredients:
Cashews – 25 to 30 nos
Garlic pod(optional) – 1 (according to taste add 2 or 3)
Apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp (or half lemon)
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Pink salt – a pinch
Water – 1/4 cup
This vegan mayonnaise recipe is a healthier version of mayonnaise and it can be added with any salads or snacks. This is a very tastier recipe too.
