Today Iβm going to teach you how to make my super sexy VEGAN MOZZARELLA! #shorts
Ingredients (makes 2 small mozzarellas):
-200ml soya milk
-4tbsp extra virgin olive oil
-5tbsp corn flour
-1tsp garlic powder
-a pinch of salt
-250gr soya yoghurt
In a cold saucepan, mix together your soya milk, olive oil, corn flour, garlic powder and salt.
Turn on the heat (low heat) and stir for a couple of minutes or until your mixture will start to thicken.
Add your soya yoghurt into your mozzarella mixture and keep stirring for 2 more minutes or until nice and smooth.
Scoop half of the mixture on some cling film and wrap it up to form a little mozzarella ball. Repeat with the other half of the mixture.
Cool your mozzarella balls in a bowl with some cold water for half an hour, then remove from the bowl, pat dry and place them in the fridge overnight!
Your vegan mozzarellas are finally ready! You can use them to make a beautiful Caprese salad like I did, or to garnish a super sexy pizza!
