Soy Yogurt Without Starter 1 litre homemade soy milk (or use store bought, as long as it’s just beans and water) warmed to 37-40 degrees Celcius 2-3 Tbsp soy bean soak water You’ll need: glass jar, muslin cloth and rubber band.
