The BEST Vegan Chocolate Muffins 🍫✨ (Soft, Moist & So Chocolatey!)
Recipe: Vegan Chocolate Muffins
These vegan chocolate muffins are everything you want in a treatβ€”rich, fluffy, and bursting with chocolate flavor! Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert! 🌱🀀

Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:

1 ΒΎ cups all-purpose flour
ΒΎ cup granulated sugar or coconut sugar
Β½ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
ΒΌ tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:

1 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, or soy)
Β½ cup melted coconut oil or vegetable oil
β…“ cup applesauce (or mashed banana)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix-Ins:

Β½ cup dark chocolate chips or chunks (plus extra for topping)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2️⃣ Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3️⃣ Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together plant-based milk, oil, applesauce, vinegar, and vanilla extract.
4️⃣ Combine wet and dry: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
5️⃣ Fold in chocolate chips.
6️⃣ Spoon batter into the muffin liners, filling each about ΒΎ full. Top with extra chocolate chips.
7️⃣ Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8️⃣ Let cool slightly, then enjoy!
