Vegan Rice Paper Dumplings Ingredients:
Filling:
• 2 springs of green onion
• 200g green cabbage
• 1 large carrot
• 1 pack extra-firm tofu
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1½ tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp celtic salt
• ¼ tsp white pepper
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Some rice paper (about 10 sheets)
Sauce:
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tsp rice vinegar
