🌱 Base Recipe:
2 cups soy curls
2+ boiling water for rehydrating
1 TBL veg. broth (or aquafaba)
2 TBL tamari (or soy sauce)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
Optional flavor combos (try *one* or the following with the above recipe)
+ 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika + 1/4 tsp. black pepper
+ 1 TBL nutritional yeast
+ 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke + 1 TBL maple syrup + 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
+ 2 tsp. Frank’s red hot sauce + 1 tsp. maple syrup
