Healthy, protein rich and nutritious meal which also tastes amazing!! If you have been thinking about increasing your veggie intake then this is the recipe for you! Super straight forward, you only need to make two things – dough and the stuffing. That’s it! Here’s the recipe :

Ingredients :
For the dough :
Wheat flour (1 cup)
Yogurt (1/2 cup)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Olive oil (1 tsp)
Baking powder (1/4 tsp)
Water
For the stuffing :
Garlic
Onions
Yellow and green zucchini
Mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes
Broccoli
Paneer
Baby corn
Directions :
Step #1
Mix flour, yogurt, salt, baking powder and oil together. Knead till it forms a dough, apply tiny bit of oil and let it rest.
Step #2
Chop all the veggies, however as much and as many types you want! Drizzle some oil in a pot, sauté them for 3-4mins on low- medium heat to cook them lightly. Turn the stove off after a few minutes.
Step #3
Add salt, black pepper, soy sauce, pizza sauce, chili flakes and oregano to the veggies and give it a mix!
Step #4
Divide the dough into 8 pieces.
Step#5
Take one and start rolling them in roughly circular shape, place 1-2 tsps of pizza sauce and 2-3 tsps of stuffing in the center and close the flatbread from all the corners, forming a parcel.
Step #6
On a hot pan, cook them on both the sides till golden brown, apply coriander butter mixture on the top, serve with mayonnaise + schezwan sauce dip and you’re done!
Step #7 (Airfryer method)
Apply the coriander butter on all the sides of the parcel and air fry it for 8mins at 220 degrees! ( keep checking to see it’s cooking status, all air fryers works differently!)
