Gluten-Free and Vegan Launch, Dinner/Soy Free/Cauliflower Steak/Mashed Potatoes/Roasted parsnips

RECIPES:
Courgette soup:
2 courgettes
salt
I clean the two courgettes. Cut into cubes. Cook in salted water until tender. Blend them with water in a blender. Season with salt.
Cauliflower Steak and Roasted Parsnip:
1 head cauliflower
3-4 db parsnips
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp dill
salt
1 tsp red pepper powder
Cut the cauliflower into 2 cm thick slices. I put the oil in a baking dish. I put the cauliflower slices on top. Sprinkle with the spices. I add the parsnips cut in half. I put spices on that too. Whatever I like. I drizzle the oil over everything. Then I cover with tin foil. Bake at 200˙C for 1 hour. Then I roast both sides of the vegetables without foil.
Mashed potatoes:
5-6 potatoes
half a cup of plant milk
I clean potatoes and dice them. Boil in salted water until tender. Blend with half a cup of plant milk.
Then serve. Enjoy your meal!

Besides being gluten allergy, I also have a milk allergy. And if that wasn’t enough, I’ve also experienced being sensitive to certain additives. So I decided to make whatever I could at home. So I started making plant milk and gluten free vegan food at home.
I turned to a vegan lifestyle because of my father’s illness. He died of cancer, which the doctor said I could have inherited. So I have to avoid meat.
More and more people like me are struggling with eating problems, so I created this channel to help others. That’s why I make gluten-free plant foods and drinks.
