Tried some of the BEST handmade vegan dumplings at Vegan Street Fair this weekend 🥟😩
We got the combo from The Dumpling Sisters and tried all three flavors:
— Green (spinach wrapper, chives, tofu, vermicelli)
— Red (beet wrapper, spicy tofu, carrots, corn)
— White (classic wrapper, soy protein, carrots, cabbage, vermicelli)
we also tried their cucumber salad which had been marinated in a garlicky vinaigrette and probably one of the best things i’ve tried 🥒😍
They’re based in Orange County but do pop-ups in LA at least once a month— they’ll be at Vegan Exchange so definitely check them out if you can!
