In this video, I’m sharing my favorite chocolate smoothie recipe and transforming it into a delicious, dairy-free, and vegan ice cream! It’s perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth in a healthier way! No bananas, no full-fat coconut cream, no nuts or gums needed to make it thick and creamy.
You only need a handful of ingredients, some preparation, and patience (at least if it’s your first time!). Soon you’ll always be prepared with frozen pints and ready to have ICOD aka Ice Cream On Demand. 🙂
Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream:
* 1 1/2 cups plant-based milk (I use soy milk)
* 4-5 large dates (pits removed)
* 1/4 cup cocoa powder
* 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
* Pinch of salt
