Hey there! Have you ever wanted to try making your own tofu at home?
Well, you’re in luck because I have a fantastic recipe to share. Making soy tofu is super easy and incredibly rewarding. With just two main ingredients, you can create a mouthwatering tofu that you can use in various dishes.

You can marinate and grill sliced tofu for a protein-packed addition to your sandwiches and wraps. Chop it up and stir-fry it with your favorite veggies for a quick and nutritious meal.
Oh, and don’t forget about dessert! Silken tofu can be transformed into creamy puddings, mousses, and even vegetarian cheesecakes. Yum! I’ve got you covered if you’re ready to embark on this tofu-making adventure.

Check out the video for a step-by-step guide. And if you want to dive deeper into the world of soy, stay tuned because we’ll share more delicious soy-based dishes in the coming days. Remember, homemade soy tofu is not just a cheese; it’s the king of most vegetarian dishes. So grab your soybeans, and let’s get cooking! Click the link below to visit Vegi1 and learn how to make tofu at home.

According to the video I put in the first slide, we have to make soy milk before anything else.
Necessary materials: 👇

One liter of soy milk
One glass of vinegar or lemon juice
A spoonful of salt

You can store this tofu in salt water in the refrigerator for a week
You can use soy cheese (tofu) to make fried food, use it in stew instead of meat, or grill in the oven or fried pan.

What to do with soy milk residue? 👇

Do not throw away the scum obtained from soy milk; if your soy milk scum tastes bitter, boil it a little and drain it again. As a test, I dried the sorghum pulp, mixed it with a little water whenever I wanted, and used it as a substitute for meat in stews. Or you can freeze it and use it whenever you want. I even made an interesting mayonnaise sauce with it, which I posted in the previous post.
This soy milk was very long lasting 😃 I can tell you that I even used it inside the omelet, and it was very delicious.
In short, don’t throw away everything that is useful
