Plant-based milks are not a fad. They keep you fuller and living longer. Plant based milks and yogurt are full of vitamins and benefits. Soy products can lower cholesterol, decrease blood sugar levels and full of protein.

Check out this blog for more information on the benefits of plant based milks:
https://www.antonioavanti.com/blog/got-the-right-milk

With only 2 ingredients and an Instantpot (or other yogurt maker) you can make homemade soy yogurt or any other plant-based milk. while watching the video be on the lookout for tips on selecting the right milk and how to keep you yogurt from smelling last nights dinner.

To make and use homemade yogurt will require some planning since it will take 10-12 hours cook and letting it rest in fridge for 12 hours or overnight to set. Save this for the weekend so you can make delicious smoothies, oatmeals, greek yogurt, tzatziki, naan bread etc during the week. It will last 7-10 days in the fridge. Most recipes state use within 7 days but I have never had it sour before 7 days.

Soy makes for thicker yogurt and only require culture and shelf stable soy milk. Other plant based milks will require pectin or other thickner (follow directions on yogurt culture).

Ingredients:
Culture for Health vegan yogurt culture
Shelf stable soy milk (any soy made of only soybeans and water works best)
