Despite the myths, research has shown that women who consume soy daily have a 30% lower risk of breast cancer [1], and men who include soy in their diet have a reduced risk of prostate cancer [2]. And thatβs just the beginning.
Remember, itβs still important to consume a variety of plant foods for the best health outcomes, but soy can absolutely play a role in a healthy diet.
