If you are allergic to the world, like me, sometimes you just need a soy sauce that is gluten free, vegan and soy free! Check out this delicious and easy recipe below:

Recipe:
2 cups no-beef stock (I used GoBio! Organic Yeast-Free Mushroom Bouillon Cubes, dissolving 1 cube in 2 cups of hot water)
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon molasses
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of onion powder
Add all ingredients to a small pot and bring to a boil.
Boil uncovered until reduced to about 1/2 a cup (about 10 minutes).
Store in the fridge and shake before each use.
