This plant based high protein bowl was made using ingredients from Purple Carrot. There is no soy in this recipe, so it’s great for anyone who doesn’t like soy or can’t eat soy. It was so delicious and easy to make! I added the kale and chickpeas to the recipe and eliminated the oil they recommended. Each serving has over 15 grams of protein!
