O poke (ou poké) é um prato típico do Havaí que combina ingredientes frescos, leves e saudáveis. Tradicionalmente, leva em cubos de peixe cru, marinados em molhos como shoyu (molho de soja) com gergelim, óleo de gergelim, cebola e outros temperos.

No entanto, hoje existem variações que permitem adaptações com diferentes fontes de proteínas e até versões veganas, que é o que temos aqui 🧡

Componentes principais de um poke:

1. Base: Geralmente arroz (branco, integral, quinoa ou gohan) ou mix de folhas verdes.
2. Fonte de proteína (vegana): Tofu normal ou defumado, Shimeji (não é proteína mas é muito saboroso), tempeh, edamame.
3. Toppings: Frutas (manga, abacate), legumes (pepino, cenoura), cebola, tomate cereja, pimenta biquinho, etc.
4. Molhos: Shoyu, maionese picante, molho ponzu, entre outros.
5. Finalização: Gergelim, furikake (tempero japonês), crispy de cebola, couve Cristo, amendoim, bori picada, chips de batata-doce, mandioca, ou banana.

O poke é uma refeição equilibrada, rica em nutrientes, e é popular por ser customizável, permitindo que cada pessoa monte o prato ao seu gosto, por ter muitos sabores é ótima pra ajudar na variedade alimentar.

No meu poke tinha:
• Arroz japonês (gohan)
• tomate cereja
• cenoura cozida rapidamente (10 minutos no microondas coberta com água)
• ervilha congelada (3 minutos no microondas sem água)
• tofu defumado
• cebola
• alga nori
• cebolinha
• gergelim
• amendoim
• Molho: shoyu, limão, gengibre em conserva picado, óleo de gergelim.

O meu deveria ter shimeji no azeite, mas ele estragou 🤧 vou postar o vídeo da minha decepção no story hahahah
