Recipe:
Transfer a block of (drained) silken tofu into a Medium Shallow Anyday dish and score the top in a criss-cross pattern. Top with soy sauce, sesame seeds, and some chili flakes. Place sliced bok choy around the seasoned tofu and microwave with the vented lid on for about 2 minutes. Top with kelp chili crisp and enjoy!
