Soy Curls are so 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘭𝘦!
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱:
2 cups Butler’s Soy Curls
𝗔𝗻𝗱 f𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲:
1/4 cup @traderjoes smokey barbecue Liquid Aminos ** {substitution below}
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
🌱 𝘚𝘰𝘢𝘬 𝘴𝘰𝘺 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘭𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘸𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝟷𝟶 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘩𝘺𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦, then drain and squeeze out as much liquid as you can. It feels like squeezing a sponge! 😀
🌱 𝘔𝘪𝘹 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘢 𝘣𝘰𝘸𝘭 and pour your marinade over the soy curls. Mix so all the soy curls are coated.
🌱 Cook in air fryer. 𝘚𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘤𝘢𝘥𝘰 𝘰𝘪𝘭 𝘰𝘳 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘪𝘭 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘪𝘳 𝘧𝘳𝘺𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘢𝘯 and place the soy curls in. Spread out so they are not overlapping. You may have to cook in 2 batches.
🌱 𝘐𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘰𝘺 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘭𝘴, spray again with oil over the top.
🌱 𝘊𝘰𝘰𝘬 in the air fryer 𝘢𝘵 𝟹𝟾𝟶 𝘥𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘴 for 6 minutes.
Stop flip or shake the pan and cook for another 2 minutes.
𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘥 𝘷𝘦𝘨𝘨𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘦. 𝘋𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘻𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢 𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘺 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘤𝘦 𝘪𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘯𝘫𝘰𝘺!!
