I am experimenting with different meatless vegetarian products and have found a few that actually are tasty, reasonably priced, and worth buying again. I review the Smart Dogs veggie hot dogs and the even better Butler soy Curls.
I will be posting a recipe for my grilled Spring Rolls made with marinated Soy Curls later on.
If you are interested in buying the veggie Smart Dogs, I got mine at Walmart but I think they are also at trader Joes.
The Butler Soy Curls are cheaper at amazon if you only want to buy a bag to try them out, but if you want to buy a larger amount I think the butler website has them for less money .
There are quite a few recipes on YT showing how to cook the soy curls. The Butler website has recipes also.
