Ingredients
1. 630 g Vital wheat gluten flour
2. 210g Nutritional yeast
3. Garlic
4. Ground black pepper
5. Trader joe’s umami seasoning
6. Salt
6. Low sodium soy sauce
7. Liquid smoke
8. Water
.
Mix ingredients together to make a “dough” like consistency.
Bake in oven at 420 F for 15-20 mins, flip, bake another 10 mins. Let cool, chop, enjoy!
