This is by far one of my favorite ways to eat tofu, it is tangy, flavorful and saucy but also vegan/plant-based and gluten free. I love to pair it with some fresh white rice and broccoli on the side.

Vegan Sesame Garlic Tofu Ingredients:
Tofu:
• 2 packs organic extra-firm tofu
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• Salt & pepper to taste
Sauce:
• 4 cloves garlic (minced)
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 2 tsp unsweetened ketchup
• 1 tsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 2 tsp sesame oil
• 2 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
• ⅓ cup organic cashews
Garnish (optional):
Sesame seeds
Spring onion
