My Sweet and Spicy Sauce recipe used in the video:
1 teaspoon sized piece of fresh ginger, peeled and minced
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons Franks hot sauce
