Meaty chewy Soy Meats recipe Vegan in Korean BBQ Sauce – Burger patty Vegan recipe:
1 cup dried textured vegetable protein, soak in 3/4 cup water

1/2 cup vital wheat gluten flour
(it’s cheaper to buy this flour from amazon: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00PB8U7Y0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 )
1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp oregano, lightly toasted
minced garlic, shallots, black pepper, cayenne pepper
salt or soy sauce (lightly season if marinade with sauce later, fully season if use as is)
2tbs chia seeds mix with 6tbs water
Combine soaked tvp, seasonings, mix well. Add flour, stir, add chia seeds, combine all together. Form into balls and use as meatless balls, or press these balls flat to use as burger patties. Fill a big pot with water and steaming stand, put these patties on a plate and on the steaming stand. Bring water to a boil, then lower heat, cover and steam for 1 hour. After 1hr, patties are cooked. Fry both sides until golden brown and use as burger patties, or toss with any sauce you like or check out my video for korean bbq sauce
