Soy Yogurt in the Instant Pot | Only 2 Ingredients

Who knew Soy Yogurt was so darn easy to make?!? Not me!

This 2 ingredient yogurt is so much healthier than store bought alternatives, which are full of sugar, thickeners and alot of crazy ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 litre plain soy milk – it should only contain soy beans and water
2 tbsp vegan yogurt OR 4 probiotics capsules

Mix together your yogurt and soy milk in a sterilised container that actually fits in your instant pot ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ

Set it on your yogurt mode for 12 hours and wait for the magic to happen.

Itโ€™s perfect for sweet or savoury dishes!

If you want a super thick Greek style yogurt you can strain it in a cheese cloth overnight in the fridge ๐ŸŒฑ
