Hello and Namaste friends, welcome to the Soupdelights’ channel and I am Bhairavshakti. Today we shall be making a Soya Milk Soup. This is a Soupdelights’ Original recipe – Yes, I have developed this recipe over the last few months and you won’t find it anywhere else on the internet except right here. All my friends and family have loved it and that’s why I am excited to share this recipe of mine with everyone here. Alright then, why the delay? Let’s begin! Watch the video to learn how to make this easy soup that is so delicious that you will make it again and again!

Here are some qualifications for this soup: Healthy soup, weight loss and diabetic friendly, low carb and keto friendly, vegetarian, vegan, zero sugar, sattvic or satvik recipe, Jain, Inner engineering food compliant, Ayurveda compliant, Gluten free, Complete Protein, nutritious, tasty, comfort food, easy and fast to prepare with very few ingredients.

Nutritional Info Calories: 120 per cup.
7 gm fat, 9 Gm complete Protein, 2 gm Net carbs. Good Calcium!

Ingredients:
For two servings (makes two cups)
You’ll need 2 cups of Soy milk.
ΒΌ tsp of cumin seeds
1 clove of garlic (omit if making a satvik version)
½” Ginger
1 green chili, deseeded
Crushed black pepper, 5-6
Β½ tsp of turmeric
1 tsp of Ghee or Coconut/Sesame Oil
Rock salt or sea salt to taste
Some fresh Cilantro (Dhania) or Parsley, depending on your tastes
Fresh cut green beans, scallions, carrots etc. are up to you.
