I tried full fat coconut milk, lite coconut milk, oat milk, and soy milk to see which makes the best Instant Pot vegan yogurt! Through trial and error, I was able to come up with two really delicious plant-based yogurts! My yogurt of choice is always the soy milk yogurt but for those who can’t or don’t eat soy products, the full fat coconut yogurt is an excellent substitute, The coconut yogurt is luscious and satisfying, although not necessarily what I’d consider healthy. The nutrition breakdowns are below!
