Vegan beef stew
1 -2 packs of Pumfu soy-free Tofu
Chopped into cubes then add to bowl now mix 1 teaspoon of grace browning(for color)
1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil, mix
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon vegan steak seasoning(180mg
1 teaspoon other vegan seasoning (180mg
*This is optional but if you can put your marinated pumfu in the air fryer or oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes to harden.
*This method is use to keep the pumfu soyfree tofu extra firm to mimic beef.

*Remember that all seasoning have sodium, which means your supposed to add 1/4 teaspoon but I am adding
1 teaspoon for a little extra flavor since you will be adding 3 cups of filtered water and potatoes which will cut down the salt.
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup yellow onion
2 teaspoon minced garlic
Now add some tomato paste or organic ketchup to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
Now add your marinate in Pumfu to the pan and sauté or 2-3 minutes
Now add your vegetables ⬇️
1 cup sliced baby Bella mushrooms
1 green pepper sliced
1 cup yellow potato chopped into squares
1 whole carrot sliced
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon coconut aminos
2 cups of organic no salt butter beans
1/4 cup green seasoning (Sofrito)
3 cups of filtered water
1 teaspoon old bay
Optional⬇️ if needed
1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pimento powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
Add your 1 bunch of thyme
4 piece of bay leaves
Now bring to a boil for 10- 15 minutes until potato’s are cook, now serve.
