INGREDIENTS
Dough
3 cups (360g) all purpose flour
1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
2/3 cup to 3/4 cup (160ml to 180ml) warm water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 ounce (15g) fresh spinach
Filling
2 tablespoons (30g) vegan cream cheese
1 ounce (30g) vegan parmesan
1.25 ounces (35g) fresh spinach
1/2 cup (130g) cannellini beans
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
