This recipe is good for 6-8 people and pairs really nicely with stuffing and gravy. Stay tuned because I will have my own recipes for all of those components posted before Thanksgiving 2020! The super bonus is that they will all be gluten free and super scrumptious! No compromise on your taste buds or waistline!

GF โ€œMEATโ€ BASE RECIPE:
1 cup Bobโ€™s Red Mill All Purpose Gluten Free Flour
1/4 cup cassava flour
1/4 cup white rice flour
2.5 tablespoons organic corn starch
3/4 cup hot water
1 cup cooked potato
1/3 cup oil
1 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar

Flavor Mix For Corned Beef/ Pork Roast:
1tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp Italian herbs
1 tsp fennel seed
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp achiote powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp coriander powder
Pinch of clove
Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
*** I like using this recipe to make pepperoni by simply making my log thinner and longer.

Flavor Mix For Chicken/ Turkey Roast:
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian herbs
1/2 tsp dry rubbed sage
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp paprika

Bacon Flavor Mix:
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup coconut aminos
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp brown sugar or coconut sugar
2 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
pinch of nutmeg
*** Make sure to slice thinly and fry both sides in a generous amount of oil.

Holiday Roast Glaze Options:
1– Vegan butter
2– 1/4 cup apple juice + 1/4 sugar + 1/4 cup vegan butter + 1 tsp rubbed sage + 1 tsp rosemary (bring to a boil before brushing on)

In one of my practice roasts I coated the dough, after I stretched it on the parchment paper, with vegan cheese and jalapeno. Then I used the parchment paper to help me roll it. Ugh, it was sooooo good!
