This vegan keto tuna salad recipe is delicious and nutritious! It’s 100% meat free, and yes it’s keto!
Filled with the goodness of sunflower and pumpkin seeds. It tastes like a true tuna salad, WITHOUT the fish.
It has only 5g net carbs per 1/2 cup serving.
To make this “tuna” salad you’re going to need
1 cup of sunflower seeds
1 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup of celery
2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
1/4 cup of dill
the juice of 1 lime
a dash of salt and pepper.
Mix it all in a food processor or blender. You can always add in more lime and season it however you would like.
This recipe is suitable for any keto diet beginners. It’s that simple 🙂
