This Vegan Sushi Recipe is so simple, that even college students can make it! The sticky rice is what takes the longest, then all you have to do is put it together! I use Raw Nori Sheets because they have all the nutrients, but they are a bit more expensive. If you are on a budget, but really want some Vegan Sushi, buy the toasted ones! This is soy free because, as a health conscious vegan, I try to limit my soy consumption. This would be great for a party as finger foods, or for yourself as a snack/meal (if you have more than one roll). These could also be called California Rolls.
