Today I am Sharing a super tasty healthy and easy Masala Pasta Recipe with Desi touch.
Stir fried vegetables with pasta.Veg Pasta is a super easy & quick to make recipe that is also a beginner friendly,lunch box and travel friendly recipe. In this video I am going to show you how to make Veg Pasta at home quick and easily.
Desi Masala Pasta โ€“ Indian Style Pasta Recipe | Quick Masala Pasta Recipe
Pasta is almost everyoneโ€™s favorite, so letโ€™s give a desi touch to it. Here is a lip smacking, full of flavors Desi Indian Style Pasta Recipe.

For boiling pasta:-
Ingredients:
โ€ข Healthy Pasta 200 gm
โ€ข Water for boiling
โ€ข Salt to taste
โ€ข Oil 1 tbsp

Methods:-
Set water for boiling, add salt to taste and 1 tbsp oil, when the water comes to roaring boil, add the pasta and cook for 7-8 minutes or until al dente (almost cooked).
Strain the pasta and immediately, drizzle little oil and keep aside until used for pasta.

For stir frying
Ingredients:
โ€ข Olive oil 2 tbsp
โ€ข Garlic chopped 3 tbsp
โ€ข Ginger 1 tbsp (chopped)
โ€ข Green chillies 2 nos. (chopped)

* Veggies:
Carrot 1/3rd cup
Green bell pepper 1/3rd cup
Cabbage
Tomato
Salt & black pepper to taste
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Cooked healthy pasta
Spring onion greens 2 tbsp
Fresh coriander leaves (roughly torn)

Methods:-
โ€ข Set a wok on medium high heat, add olive oil, garlic, ginger and green chillies, cook for 1-2 minutes.
โ€ข Further, add carrots,green bell peppers, cabbage, tomato and cook them too for 1-2 minutes on high flame.
โ€ข Add salt & black pepper powder to taste,chilli flakes and soy sauce, toss and cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add Tomato Puree, cooked it for 2 minutes.
โ€ข Now add the cooked/boiled pasta, spring onion greens and coriander leaves, toss well and you can also add 50 ml of reserved pasta water, toss and cook for 1-2 minutes, healthy stir fried pasta is ready, serve hot and garnish with some spring onions greens.
