Ragout: Soy bits (schnetzel) Stock cube Water Spaghetti Bolognese spice mix Cherry tomatoes Tomato sauce (plain, passata) Olive oil Sugar Salt
๐ง Bechamel: Vegan butter/margarine Potato starch Gluten free mix flour Salt Nutmeg (a lot of it!) Oat/soy milk Water
And finally gluten free lasagne (these are made of rice and maize, definitely lighter than other gf alternatives I bought). If you have vegan parmesan cheese, add it on top only.
๐ฅ To cook it more evenly in the oven (190 ยฐC) I covered it with aluminium foil for 25 minutes and kept cooking it for 10 more minutes after removing the foil.
I never precooked the pasta sheets but next time I’ll do it for a couple of minutes, just to make it extra tender. Despite improvising the whole recipe, these lasagne were incredible. ๐ฅฐ Scrumptious.
I was famished, that’s why the clip with one slice shows it a bit โliquidโ, just โcause I couldn’t wait for it to set to take the picture. But these lasagne were perfect!
Would you try making them?
